About the role
We are seeking a talented IT Specialist to join our team at PT Sanggraha Pintar Logistik Indonesia, a leading logistics company based in Semarang, Central Java. As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our information technology infrastructure and systems to ensure seamless operations for our business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues across the organization
- Administering and maintaining our network systems, servers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and data
- Coordinating with various departments to identify and address their IT needs and requirements
- Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommending improvements or upgrades as needed
- Providing training and support to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and tools
- Implement system to the daily business.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role, preferably in the logistics industry
- Strong technical skills in network administration, server management, and IT security
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software-related issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex IT problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver IT solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and keep up with the latest advancements in technology
- Fluently English convesation
