General Job Summary:

Ensure inventory is handled properly when it is received, stored and delivered. Ensuring physical stock inventory matches the inventory in the system is also their responsibility. Stock movement monitoring as well Inventory Turnover standard sets by Company.

Job Description:

  • Overseeing and monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery scheduling and routes, transport costs and overall efficiency.
  • To achieve Service Level Agreement to meet the standard of fulfillment from Central Kitchen to all outlets.
  • To manage dispatcher to make sure delivery schedule on time, also achieve On Time Performance of Delivery & Arrival
  • Ensure proper First In First Out (FIFO) / First Expired First Out (FEFO) practices are in place
  • Ensure accuracy of physical versus actual Stock on Hand (SOH)
  • Organization of the warehouse including categorizing and mapping of goods, planning routes, and processing shipments
  • Tackling and resolving any delivery issues or complaints that may arise
  • Supervising, mentoring and training of the warehouse team
  • Scheduling of warehouse team staff
  • Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials
  • Resolution of any delivery inconsistencies or delays
  • Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication
  • Taking care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters
  • Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept
  • Liaising with Production, PPIC and QA/QC teams respectively on any matters related to the respective department

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technical & Technical Engineering would be preferable
  • Same job function will be preferred, at least working as same field for 3 years experience
  • Preferred had experience for Central Kitchen business with ERP function
  • Ability to handle multiple projects both independently and with a team
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Good oral, written and interpersonal skills to ensure strong team development can be achieved
  • Good use of Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
