What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing national-level strategies to expand Infinix's AIoT offerings and market share
- Managing a team of AIoT specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to our Mandarin-speaking clients
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process to secure new contracts
- Overseeing the delivery of AIoT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Providing expert advice and guidance to the broader organisation on AIoT-related matters
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience (2+ years) in a senior AIoT or technology management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding AIoT-related businesses or service lines
- Strong technical expertise in AIoT technologies, including IoT, artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
