Job Descriptions:

Check all ME facilities (mechanical & electrical) in each cluster and throughout the clubhouse to ensure they are functioning properly (CCTV, boom gate, PJU lights, electric grid garden lights, pumps, AC and others
Repair damage to ME equipment (mechanical & electrical) if you can do it yourself (such as changing PJU lights, garden lights, etc.)
Estimate the cost of repairing damage that must be carried out by the contractor, as a document that will be used during the tender process
Supervise ME maintenance schedule (mechanical & electrical) in all clusters and clubhouses (such as CCTV and AC maintenance)
Coordinate with PLN if there is an underground electricity network that is disconnected
Coordinate with related parties if the checklist process is carried out before being handed over to the Estate to be managed with other sections related to ME (mechanical & electrical)
Understand and know the rules and regulations related to estate management

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical & Electrical
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Estate Management as same position (ME)
Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office)
Ability to create a budget and RAB
Willing to be placed in BSD City
