MARKETING AND EVENT ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities of Marketing and Event Assistant:
· Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing materials, including social media posts, short videos, and basic graphic design.
· Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
· Event Support: Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
· Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the marketing team, including maintaining documentation and tracking campaign activities.
· Digital Marketing: Provide support in copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Skills Required:
· Strong writing and communication skills.
· Creativity and ability to translate ideas into effective content
· Strong analytical skills.
· Familiarity with major social media platforms.
· Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital trends.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in social media and basic editing/design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
· Creative, proactive, and able to work in a team.
· A portfolio of previous work (if available) will be considered an advantage.
