Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Staff, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves fostering positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries. The individual will handle customer support services, contribute to improving customer retention, and communicate effectively to resolve issues and enhance overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction strategies, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities to address client issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for providing clear and empathetic support to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry is advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
