About the role

SFS Group Indonesia is looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team in Spencer's Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to ensure they meet the role's requirements
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and each user to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reaching out to passive job seekers
  • Providing guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process

What we're looking for

  • Had experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment and familiarity with startup culture is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and applicant tracking systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
