Requirements :
- Proven experience in managing KOL/Influencer collaborations (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or eyewear).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to plan, negotiate, and execute KOL campaigns within allocated budgets.
- Experience in campaign tracking and ROI evaluation.
- Available to WFO in Yogyakarta & join ASAP.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage influencers and KOLs within lifestyle, art, and fashion.
- Research and analyze influencers' audience data to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, including products collaborations and events.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging.
- Foster community-building initiatives and ensure active engagement.
- Assisting in the administrative process of business development
