Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC):

Develop and monitor
Master Production Schedule (MPS)
based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Coordinate production planning with related departments (Production, Procurement, and Warehouse).
Ensure material readiness for each production batch and prevent production delays due to shortages.
Analyze and control
Work-In-Process (WIP)
and finished goods inventory to meet delivery targets.
Review and optimize production lead time, capacity, and efficiency.

Material Control:

Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
Monitor
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
and coordinate timely purchase requisitions with the procurement team.
Track material movement (inbound, usage, return, and scrap) to maintain accurate stock data in ERP/SAP system.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical versus system inventory.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper material storage standards.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum
2–3 years
of experience in
PPIC, Material Control, or Supply Chain
within a
manufacturing environment
.
Hands-on experience with
ERP systems.
Fluent in English (reading and writing) is a must.
