Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC):
- Develop and monitor
Master Production Schedule (MPS)
based on sales forecasts and customer orders. - Coordinate production planning with related departments (Production, Procurement, and Warehouse).
- Ensure material readiness for each production batch and prevent production delays due to shortages.
- Analyze and control
Work-In-Process (WIP)
and finished goods inventory to meet delivery targets. - Review and optimize production lead time, capacity, and efficiency.
Material Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Monitor
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
and coordinate timely purchase requisitions with the procurement team. - Track material movement (inbound, usage, return, and scrap) to maintain accurate stock data in ERP/SAP system.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical versus system inventory.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper material storage standards.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field. - Minimum
2–3 years
of experience in
PPIC, Material Control, or Supply Chain
within a
manufacturing environment
. - Hands-on experience with
ERP systems. - Fluent in English (reading and writing) is a must.
