Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time position. As a Business Development Manager at TRO Creative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some work from home being acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the creative industry is a plus
