Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media Strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and conversions across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  • Manage daily content creation and scheduling – from concept to post.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our Creative & Content Team to produce high-impact visuals and short-form video content (UGC, Reels, TikToks, memes).
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, challenges, and algorithm changes – be the first to try and test them.
  • Work closely with the ads and influencer team to run paid campaigns and amplify performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Have 2+ years hands-on experience running brand or product accounts on TikTok, Instagram & Facebook (Reels, Stories, Lives, etc).

  • Know your way around video editing tools (InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).

  • Are organized, data-driven, and creative — equally excited by a viral trend and a clean analytics dashboard.
  • Can write snappy, fun captions and CTAs that convert.
  • Are proactive, independent, and love working in a fast-paced team that's chasing big targets.
  • Passionate about AI, gaming, or computer hardware.
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or Facebook Ads Manager.
