What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor promoter performance, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and visibility plans.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in FMCG sales or promoter management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven success in managing field teams and driving sell-out.
