Key Account Executive (Modern Trade)
Jobdesc:
- Create and implement promotional programs in collaboration with Modern Trade Outlets and the Marketing team to increase product branding and sales
- Develop, propose, implement, monitor and evaluate ongoing promotion strategies/promotional programs and product placement to support the achievement of sales targeted.
- Conduct negotiations for budget spending in the Modern Trade channel
- Provide monthly reports on the level of competition & market activity and identify business categories & industry trends.
- Conduct visits, monitor stock at outlets and work with marketing teams and merchandisers
- Track, measure, and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
- Building a good business relationships with existing clients and possible partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Has experience managing Key Account Beauty Category
- Previously working experience in the related field is required for this position (ex: Senior Marketing or Sales for Modern Market) at least a minimum of 3 years. Must have a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge of the Retail Industry/Modern Market and in-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Well organized and able to maintain store operations to achieve sales growth and profitability
