Key Account Executive (Modern Trade)

Jobdesc:

  • Create and implement promotional programs in collaboration with Modern Trade Outlets and the Marketing team to increase product branding and sales
  • Develop, propose, implement, monitor and evaluate ongoing promotion strategies/promotional programs and product placement to support the achievement of sales targeted.
  • Conduct negotiations for budget spending in the Modern Trade channel
  • Provide monthly reports on the level of competition & market activity and identify business categories & industry trends.
  • Conduct visits, monitor stock at outlets and work with marketing teams and merchandisers
  • Track, measure, and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
  • Building a good business relationships with existing clients and possible partner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Has experience managing Key Account Beauty Category
  • Previously working experience in the related field is required for this position (ex: Senior Marketing or Sales for Modern Market) at least a minimum of 3 years. Must have a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of the Retail Industry/Modern Market and in-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
  • Well organized and able to maintain store operations to achieve sales growth and profitability
