Requirements:
- Studying in Business, Management, IT, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tools
- Good organization and time management
- Able to handle confidential data
- Strong written communication
- Fluent in English (mandatory), Mandarin is a plus
- Create, update, verify customer profiles
- Enter and manage accurate data in systems and Excel
- Keep customer records up to date
- Organize digital files and documents
- Assist with reports and admin tasks
- Communicate updates via Outlook
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Support general administrative tasks as assigned
