Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven work experience in the Retail, F&B (Food & Beverage) Industry, or at an Architectural/Interior Design Consultant firm.
Maximum 35 years old.
Proficient and skilled in using design software, specifically AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp (3D).
Able to work effectively under high pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively for business/site assignments (domestic travel).
Fluent in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the design and construction aspects of cinema projects, ensuring alignment with CGV standards.
Translating business concepts into functional and aesthetic architectural and interior designs, including optimal space layouting.
Compiling and controlling Detailed Engineering Drawings (DED), and developing detailed interior specifications
Ensure construction quality adheres strictly to specifications and CGV standards.
Effectively coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other relevant parties.
Preparing and submitting regular project reports
