- Manage the overall delivery lifecycle to ensure all solutions meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, methodologies, and KPIs for delivery performance tracking.
- Oversee risk assessment, change control, and issue resolution processes to maintain delivery integrity
- Translate business strategies into executable IT delivery roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.

- Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, and business operations for integrated solution deployment.

- Define and implement quality assurance standards and validation mechanisms across all delivery streams.
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the delivery process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years in IT delivery, enterprise project management, or technology operations
- At least 5 years in a senior management or head-level role overseeing multi-vendor and multi-domain delivery environments
- Deep understanding and practical application of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) for incident, problem, change, and service level management
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF), API integration, system interoperability, and scalable solution design
- Capability in IT budgeting, cost control (especially in shifting to OPEX-based models), investment planning, and financial reporting for IT expenditures
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation, enterprise system delivery (e.g., ERP, CRM, data platforms), or large-scale application integration programs.
- Experience in telecommunications,banking, utilities, or large enterprise IT environments preferred.
- Proven history of delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business goals
- ITIL Expert certification is highly desirable
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
