Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant operations (coal, gas, hydro, or solar).
- Proficient in control systems, turbines, boilers, and generators.
- Able to read P&ID, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
- HSE certifications (e.g., General K3 or Electrical Safety) are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
