We are looking for a dedicated and skilled
HR Generalist
to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our human resources functions, with a special focus on recruitment and employee development.

This is a
full-time, work-from-office (WFO)
position located at our plant in
Bawen, Semarang, Central Java.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Recruitment & Hiring:
    Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent for our company.
  • Training & Development:
    Identify employee training needs, then design and deliver effective training programs to help our team grow.
  • Onboarding:
    Welcome new employees and ensure they have a smooth and positive integration into our company culture.
  • Employee Relations:
    Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, helping to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration & Reporting:
    Manage employee data, prepare HR reports, and handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks accurately.

What You Will Need (Qualifications):

  • Experience:
    A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Core Skills:
    Proven, hands-on experience in
    recruitment and training is a must.
  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Psychology is highly preferred.
  • Graduates from other majors (e.g., Law) are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 2 years of
    in-house HR experience
    in a company. Experience from a law firm is not considered for this role.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient in using computers and MS Office (especially Excel) for data management and reporting.
  • Language:
    Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
