Role Description

This is a contract on-site role located in Surabaya for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the branch run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also entails developing and executing strategies to improve processes while driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including team supervision and staff development
  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, with a proven ability to meet performance targets
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to ensure operational efficiency
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills to address dynamic challenges within the branch
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
