Job Descriptions :

Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align commercialization plans with overall business objectives.
Analyze the market environment of competition and develop our performance, advise on strategic direction and resource allocation
Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to measure the success of commercialization efforts.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Medium to Large Companies
Experience in Furnishing, Building Material, or Management Consultancy preferred
Problem-solving, computer skills, able to work under minimum supervision, creative thinking, used to do multitasking job, able to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Excellent presentation, writing, speaking in English
Strong in digital marketing implementation strategy
