Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships between HQ and the indonesia office for HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct entry formalities and new hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Provide new employees with information on company policies, procedures, benefits, and culture.
  • Facilitate initial training sessions and introduce new hires to their teams and work environment. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Ensure compliance with benefits policies and regulations.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead the employee engagement action planning process with senior leadership. Communicate progress and updates on engagement plans to all stakeholders regularly.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Support performance management, including appraisals and improvement plans.
  • Assist executing effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with the General Manager, HR Manager, Recruiters. Assist sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; At least have 9 years of HR experience in the manufacturing/technology/energy industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in HRIS and recruitment software.
