Requirements:

  • Assist in maintaining internal communications platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, Google Space)
  • Support other business units by assisting internal communication requests
  • Coordinate, design & load relevant and timely content for social media and email
  • Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects, e.g. posters, social media, and videos
  • Upload and refresh content across our digital channels- Supporting the planning and execution of employer branding and employees engagement event programs, both online and offline.
  • Creating visual content materials to support the promotion of employer branding events on social media.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or final year student from Human Resource Management, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Psychology, or related major.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Bahasa.
  • Up-to-date on social media trends and news.
  • Active social media presence.
  • Detail oriented person
  • Have previous experience in managing website content and social media tools, which is preferable.
