- Define and drive brand strategy across all of our services.
- Develop insight-driven campaigns that deliver full-funnel impact, from awareness to app growth.
- Strengthen our connection with diverse audiences and expand our presence across segments.
- Lead a bold, distinctive social presence that sparks conversation daily.
- Measure what matters with clear business, brand, and user growth impact.
What we're looking for
- 8–12 years in brand marketing leadership (client-side, ideally with some agency background).
- A track record of breakthrough campaigns that moved both brand and business.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian consumers and trends.
- Strong creative judgment and sharp business sense.
- A proven leader who can influence across teams and functions.
