Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar senior role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – required for communication with headquarters, suppliers, or overseas teams.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, warehouse management, and production machinery maintenance.
- Proficient in ERP systems and production management tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and industrial environmental regulations.
- Result-oriented with a focus on efficiency and product quality.
- Willing to be based at : Kendal, Kawasan Industri Kendal
- Lead and manage all factory operations including production, logistics, maintenance, and quality control.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met in line with cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate regularly with the head office (including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders) regarding production goals and technical needs.
- Supervise and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across production lines.
- Manage factory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure all factory activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze and report on production performance and suggest continuous improvements.
- Oversee inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues proactively.
