Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HR functions, including performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
  • Manage and control General Affairs activities including office management, transportation, meals, cleaning and security.
  • Handle Industrial Relations matters, including communication with Government and vendor.
  • Handle company licenses, permits, and legal documentation related to operations.
  • Prepare HR reports for internal and also for government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors)

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Min. 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position in Manufacture industry.
  • Strong knowledge and have experience in HRGA activities (Payroll, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, HR Policies, Company license, permit and legal documents).
  • Proficiency in handling HR software (SAP Succesfactor and HRIS).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analitical & critical thinking, structure , systematic & clear time line.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Jababeka I, Cikarang.
