Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage HR functions, including performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
- Manage and control General Affairs activities including office management, transportation, meals, cleaning and security.
- Handle Industrial Relations matters, including communication with Government and vendor.
- Handle company licenses, permits, and legal documentation related to operations.
- Prepare HR reports for internal and also for government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors)
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in related field.
- Min. 3 year(s) of working experience in the same position in Manufacture industry.
- Strong knowledge and have experience in HRGA activities (Payroll, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, HR Policies, Company license, permit and legal documents).
- Proficiency in handling HR software (SAP Succesfactor and HRIS).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analitical & critical thinking, structure , systematic & clear time line.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Jababeka I, Cikarang.
