Job Description:
• Identifying and analyzing contracts.
• Control the productivity of the project.
• Monitoring progress on the site project.
• Reporting progress as per daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Recapitulation of Manhour and Manpower.
• Calculate Material Take Over.
• Verify progress measurement, BoQ, and Material Take Over.
• Compare budget quantity and actual physical progress on the Site.
• Manage payment certificates for vendors.
• Monitoring BMS (Budget Monitoring System).
• Calculate monthly progress for billing progress claims to clients.
• Review site instructions and change order request for additional work.
• Liaising with Construction teams, the Manager, and the Engineer about the progress of the project.
• Keep the construction team following the schedule that has been made to achieve the monthly target progress.
• Placement in Cikarang, West Java
Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer or related field.
• Strong knowledge in project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control
• Familiar with contract administration and subcontractor billing verification
• Proficient in MS Excel and relevant software (Autocad, MS Project, and QS tools)
• Good communication in English (spoken and written)
