As Logistic Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for managing end-to-end logistics sourcing and supplier management. The position leads market research, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and onboarding processes. It also focuses on optimizing logistics solutions, analyzing total cost to serve, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.
  • Proven skills in supplier development, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools is an advantage.
