Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional in Electrical Services & Problem Management to oversee effective issue handling across electrical facility systems. This role requires a customer-facing attitude, strong technical knowledge, and structured problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring minimal downtime, safety compliance, and operational continuity across our facility's electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the facility and internal teams regarding electrical issues.
  • Quickly identify and report electrical problems to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess the severity and prioritize actions based on urgency and potential impact.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve problems at their core.
  • Implement both immediate and long-term solutions effectively.
  • Perform testing and verification to ensure systems function correctly after repairs.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, troubleshooting actions, and outcomes to improve future responses.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, relevant codes, and safety standards.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication to engage with teams and stakeholders.
  • High safety awareness and knowledge of protocols (OSHA, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, LEED AP) are a plus but not mandatory.
