As a Senior member of the Business Consulting - Finance team, you will contribute your expertise in finance, accounting, internal control over financial reporting, and ERP financial modules to EY's clients and internal projects. You will establish internal and external relationships, identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young, and raise any risks with senior members of the team. Job Roles- Participate in engagements that involve Finance Transformation, focusing on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services.
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and coordinating subordinates while providing updates to Manager or above.
- Assist in preparing for meetings with target client’s management teams.
- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Business Consulting and with other services across the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from a reputable institution with a minimum 3.0 GPA (out of 4.0); an advanced degree is a bonus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/Business Analyst in any industry. Past experience relating to internal control over financial reporting is preferred.
- Interest in business process re‑engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.
- Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related modules is an advantage.
- Exposure to ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English; speaking another language would be a great advantage.

- Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, presentation and communication skills.
