𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers to build relationships and close deals.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales/engagement targets.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking (basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
- Optionally use CRM tools to manage customer database and pipeline.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (experience through chat is preferred)
High school, D3, or S1 education from all majors
Can operate Ms Office, Excel, Spreadsheet.
Familiar with written communication / CRM system
Have good communication skills and business understanding
Accustomed to working with certain achievement targets
Willing to work in shifting and WFO
Placement at Kebayoran Lama Head Office (South Jakarta)
