𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
  • Handle customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with customers to build relationships and close deals.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales/engagement targets.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tracking (basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
  • Optionally use CRM tools to manage customer database and pipeline.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field (experience through chat is preferred)

  • High school, D3, or S1 education from all majors

  • Can operate Ms Office, Excel, Spreadsheet.

  • Familiar with written communication / CRM system

  • Have good communication skills and business understanding

  • Accustomed to working with certain achievement targets

  • Willing to work in shifting and WFO

  • Placement at Kebayoran Lama Head Office (South Jakarta)
