Job Description
- Test web & mobile apps to make sure ticket purchasing and event features run smoothly
- Document and report bugs/issues clearly to the developer team
- Assist in preparing test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation
- Collaborate with product & development teams to improve user experience
- Review new features before launch to ensure performance and usability
Qualification
- Final-year student or fresh grad in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related
- Passion for tech, apps, and user experience
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of QA/testing is a plus (manual or automation)
- Communicative, proactive, and a fast learner
- Familiar with tools like Google Sheets/Docs for reporting
