Job Description

  • Test web & mobile apps to make sure ticket purchasing and event features run smoothly
  • Document and report bugs/issues clearly to the developer team
  • Assist in preparing test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation
  • Collaborate with product & development teams to improve user experience
  • Review new features before launch to ensure performance and usability

Qualification

  • Final-year student or fresh grad in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related
  • Passion for tech, apps, and user experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of QA/testing is a plus (manual or automation)
  • Communicative, proactive, and a fast learner
  • Familiar with tools like Google Sheets/Docs for reporting
