Position Summary
We're looking for passionate and adaptable Service Support Engineer to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong experience in network operations.

Role And Responsibilities

  • 24x7 NOC monitoring of all DA services except for China
  • Failure detection and alarm propagation for DA servers
  • 24x7 NOC monitoring for service failure detection and propagation
  • Enhance monitoring system for NOC operation
  • Practical test with real device and system every two hours
  • NOC monitoring reports (weekly / semi-annual / annual)

Skills And Qualifications

  • Familiar or have experience in using monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Logsearch, Kibana, AWS Cloudwatch, etc)
  • Familiar or have experience in ticketing or issue tracking system (JIRA)
  • Have knowledge in service performance metrics (cpu load, memory, storage, network, etc)
  • Have experience in conducting functional testing.
  • Good in English both writing and verbal.
  • Willing to work in shift.
  • This position will be hired under a third-party contract (12 months).
