Technical Skills
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or other supporting applications).
- Have Experience in Corporate Identity Branding are more preferable
- Have Experience in Offline Branding (Showroom Branding, Office Exterior and Office Exterior Branding) Are More Preferable.
- Strong understanding of brand activation, event management, and partnership development.
- Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and post-event evaluation reports (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong negotiation and business communication skills for sponsorships and partnerships.
- Familiar with branding & partnership KPIs (brand awareness, ROI, engagement).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders (communities, vendors, business partners).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication,Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, event management, branding, sponsorship, or partnership (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with strong internship or organizational experience in branding & events are welcome to apply.
