Job Description Summary:
The Reliability & Asset Integrity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising corporate-level strategies for asset reliability and integrity across manufacturing sites in Indonesia. Each site consists of at least 10 plants, covering refineries, biodiesel, kernel crushing, marsho, filling, and utilities. The role ensures that assets operate with high reliability, optimized maintenance cost, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards under a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Maintenance framework.
Job Description:
- Coordinate Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) deployment across sites.
- Maintain RCFA library, eliminate top bad actors, optimize PM intervals.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Weibull analysis for major failures.
- Establish critical equipment list and define spare parts analysis.
- Support Early Equipment Management for new plant projects and expansions.
- Oversee asset integrity inspection programs for pressure vessels, tanks, pipelines, and rotating equipment.
- Condition Monitoring: Govern vibration/oil/IR/ultrasound programs; alarm logic; auto-notification to SAP; effectiveness tracking.
- Analytics: Trend MTBF/MTTR/failure modes; recommend redesigns/EEM inputs; publish reliability playbooks and lessons learned.
- Mentor site maintenance/reliability team; develop standards, OPLs, and certification paths.
- Ensure asset compliance with national & international regulation: Ministry of Manpower, ISO, API, ASME, ANSI standards.
- Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc) from reputable University.
- Have minimum 7 yrs experience in maintenance or engineering role; experience in AM & PM.
- Experience in implementation & measure the OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc as a Continuous Improvement process.
- Familiar with SAP PM, API/ASME/ISO standards and PdM tools.
