Job Descriptions:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, and HR Administration.
- Strengthen Organizational Development (OD) initiatives by implementing performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs to build a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations and industrial relations, including managing union relations when required.
- Supervise payroll administration, attendance, social security (BPJS), and employee benefits.
- Provide HR analysis and regular reporting to the Corporate HR Manager and Plant Management.
- Act as a change agent to support continuous improvement initiatives across the plants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role (preferably in manufacturing industry).
- Proven expertise across Recruitment, OD, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training, and HR Operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing HR for multi-plant or multi-site operations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multi-site HR operations (Tangerang & Cikande).
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
