As a Project Management Officer (PMO) at PCMan, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing IT system integration projects according to strict deadlines and within mandays allocation. You will work closely with project managers clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the company's high standards of quality. Your role will involve overseeing project documentation, resource allocation, risk management, and process improvements to ensure the success of each project.
Minimum Qualifications
- A good level of written and verbal English.
- Good client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (ie. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Experience of using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Experience of managing application development and/or system development project is a plus.
- Good knowledge of system development life cycle is a plus.
- Good knowledge of education technology or learning management system is a plus
