Client Details: Leading Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective product policies to achieve sell-in and retail sales targets for assigned channels and stores.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; build and maintain strong relationships with channel owners.
Create, promote, and ensure the execution of retail activities across assigned channels and stores.
Drive brand share growth in modern trade channels and expand to new potential stores within the channel.
Manage PSI, inventory, and stock lifecycle (aging, discontinued models), while improving SKU efficiency.
Lead and supervise dedicated promoters to increase sales productivity and performance.
Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product planning, or related functions.
Willing to be placed in the assigned area within Jakarta area.
Strong knowledge of home appliances products (e.g., Refrigerators, TVs, Washing Machines, Cold Chain Freezers).
Solid understanding of store management, retail operations, product policy, and PSI.
Familiar with factors influencing consumer perception of products, especially in FMCG and home appliances (market and competitor analysis).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and numbers-driven.
Analytical, logical, and a fast learner.
Presentable, articulate, and professional.
