Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- At least 1 year of work experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Specific experience in procuring products for the Racking, Material Handling, and Mechanical & Electrical categories is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating AutoCAD or Sketchup software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Manage the procurement process from request for quotation (RFQ), price negotiation, to issuing purchase orders (POs).
- Ensure the smooth acquisition of goods for the Racking, Material Handling, and Mechanical & Electrical categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Verify that the quality and specifications of received goods meet the established standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized procurement records and documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to fulfill procurement needs in a timely manner.
