Requirement :

  • Minimum S1 Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
  • Minimum 17 years of working experience in the related field and 5 years as HRGA Manager from multi industry business.
  • Strong understanding in HR function area : Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training Development, Organizational Development, Payroll, HR Policy and Procedures.
  • Proven experience in handling manpower planning and making recruitment strategies.
  • Having extensive knowledge of Indonesia labor law and government regulations.
  • Ability to plan employee competency development programs in the long term.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with company ambitions in the long term.
  • Demonstrated good communication skills, proactive, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well-organized multitasking.
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written) is a plus point.
