As part of this exciting new project, we're looking for a
Sports Center Manager for PitCourt
to lead the operations of our upcoming facility featuring padel, pickleball and tennis courts in BSD City.

What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations for all courts (padel, pickleball and tennis) to ensure smooth scheduling, facility readiness and excellent guest experiences.
- Manage and coach the operations team with a focus on teamwork, service and accountability.
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor services and cleanliness to keep the facility in top condition.
- Monitor revenue targets and optimize court utilization and booking efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for tournaments, brand partnerships and community engagement activities
- Handle customer feedback, incidents and operational problem-solving with proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience managing operations in sports clubs, gyms or hospitality business.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills — you love creating systems that make operations run smoothly.
- Comfortable managing schedules, budgets and people accross shifts.
- Passionate about sports and community — you understand what makes people come back to play.
