What is an Operation Officer (Reservation & Ticketing)?

An Operation Officer at Peponi ensures all trip reservations, ticketing processes, and operational logistics run seamlessly - from flight booking coordination to rooming lists, product quote and supplier communication. You'll be the backbone ensuring every journey starts smoothly.

Responsibilities


• Handle and confirm all travel reservations (flights, hotels, trains, etc.)


• Manage ticket issuance, changes, and coordination with airlines


• Prepare rooming lists and coordinate with local suppliers and partners


• Handle and turn trip requests into an attractive and cost-effective product quotation


• Support trip operation documentation and communication before departure


• Monitor operational timelines to ensure readiness for each departure


• Collaborate with Operation Lead and Visa Team for smooth guest preparation


• Maintain updated records and reports on all assigned trips

Qualifications


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel operations or ticketing


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Familiar with GDS systems or airline booking platforms (advantageous)


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Able to work efficiently under deadlines and in dynamic environments


• Passionate about travel and delivering great guest experiences
