Job Description

  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities (electricity, AC, UPS, server room, etc.)
  • Supervise maintenance vendors and service providers
  • Manage physical assets and office inventory
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs for any facility issues
  • Coordinate and schedule technical support as needed
  • Process payments for facility vendors, maintenance, and repair services
  • Manage access cards for new hires and replacements
  • Handle loading permits and related documentation
  • Coordinate technicians, receptionists, cleaners, and security staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering or related field is a plus)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Facility Management or related operational roles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple maintenance and service activities
  • Experienced in supervising vendors, monitoring building systems (electricity, AC, UPS, etc.), and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
