Job Description
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities (electricity, AC, UPS, server room, etc.)
- Supervise maintenance vendors and service providers
- Manage physical assets and office inventory
- Conduct inspections and coordinate repairs for any facility issues
- Coordinate and schedule technical support as needed
- Process payments for facility vendors, maintenance, and repair services
- Manage access cards for new hires and replacements
- Handle loading permits and related documentation
- Coordinate technicians, receptionists, cleaners, and security staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering or related field is a plus)
- 2–3 years of experience in Facility Management or related operational roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple maintenance and service activities
- Experienced in supervising vendors, monitoring building systems (electricity, AC, UPS, etc.), and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
