What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage the financial aspects of ongoing installation and construction projects.
  • Plan and control project budgets from initial costing to final reporting, ensuring alignment with project progress and targets.
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures and provide regular variance analysis.
  • Perform accurate financial reporting for project-related activities including cost tracking, invoicing schedules, and cash flow projections.
  • Collaborate with site teams, procurement, and project managers to ensure financial accountability and budget availability at every stage.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making regarding project financial performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance roles for project with minimum 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Proven experience in project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting within project-based environments such as EPC, construction, mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy in handling complex project finances.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial planning and reporting.
  • Willing to be placed offshore or at project sites, if required.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
