What you'll be doing

Supervise and manage the financial aspects of ongoing installation and construction projects.
Plan and control project budgets from initial costing to final reporting, ensuring alignment with project progress and targets.
Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures and provide regular variance analysis.
Perform accurate financial reporting for project-related activities including cost tracking, invoicing schedules, and cash flow projections.
Collaborate with site teams, procurement, and project managers to ensure financial accountability and budget availability at every stage.
Prepare reports and provide insights for management decision-making regarding project financial performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax.
At least 3 years of experience in finance roles for project with minimum 1 year in a supervisory position.
Proven experience in project budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting within project-based environments such as EPC, construction, mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy in handling complex project finances.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial planning and reporting.
Willing to be placed offshore or at project sites, if required.
Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
