Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Greater Bandung and Batam. The Restaurant Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
