Job Summary:
Supporting all legal and compliance matters for the company, ensuring all business operations adhere to local, national, and international laws.
Job Description:
- Prepare, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts, vendor/supplier agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), service agreements, and internal legal memos.
- Handle the application, renewal, and management of all necessary company licenses, permits, and certifications required for manufacturing and operations.
- Identify potential legal risks in business processes, contracts, and new projects, formulating and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Prepare and/or check necessary documentation for potential litigation or non-litigation disputes.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and government institutions as needed.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of legal documents for expatriate employees (foreign workers).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Legal Staff or a similar role, with specific exposure to corporate immigration law and expatriate documentation.
- Strong understanding of local Corporate Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, and Immigration/Foreign Manpower Regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and administrative skills. Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
