Key Responsibility :

1.Design strategies for Human Resource (HR) management and HR management systems.

2.Develop HR policies, monitor their implementation, and evaluate their effectiveness.

3.Prepare workforce planning studies and update manpower planning in line with current conditions.

4.Design and manage employee compensation and benefits programs in compliance with applicable regulations and aligned with the Company's business objectives.

5.Prepare and coordinate recruitment plans, covering the entire process from selection to onboarding.

6.Develop performance appraisal systems, coordinate the implementation process, and evaluate assessment results.

7.Develop talent management systems to ensure the availability of talent in accordance with organizational needs.

8.Plan employee placement and career movement, ensuring alignment between job requirements and individual profiles.

9.Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities, potential, and skills.

10.Maintain good relationships with employees and labor unions to ensure harmonious industrial relations.

Job Specifications:

1.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing industry or similar sectors.

2.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.

3.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

4.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

5.Strong communication skills.

6.Excellent conceptual and analytical abilities.
