Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transport management, or any major.
- At least 2-3 years experience in related field.
- Have good knowledge of transport, distribution, and contract logistics industry.
- Extensive experience in global/international transportation or logistics industry.
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
- Target oriented and have strong drive in achieving target.
- Good communication, persuasive and firm presentation skills.
- Have driving license is a must and have own vehicle is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining solid understanding of current market conditions and business trends to create offers that will boost company margins.
- Driving profitable revenue and growth year over year through recognition and realization of opportunities.
- Oversee all sales logistic operations and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be driven and self-motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
- Participating actively in growth of division and exceeding team goals.
- Identify opportunities with customer existing to present additional service we offer.
- Ensure the team is maximizing use of resource to penetrate new accounts and secure fair market share of existing accounts.
- Finding new fulfillment customer to use RPX.
