Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include supervising store managers, monitoring financial performance, addressing customer concerns, ensuring staff training and compliance, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-unit management in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in business operations, financial analysis, and sales performance management
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and quality standards
  • Willingness to travel across different locations as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry in Indonesia is a plus
