Lead and mentor a team of developers in system design, development, and implementation.
Conduct system analysis, gather requirements, and prepare detailed functional and technical documentation.
Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, and prototyping when needed.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and present technical solutions.
Promote the use of modern technologies and AI-based tools for process efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a System Analyst and Developer (actively coding).
Strong understanding of full-stack development using one or more of the following technologies: Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, , React/Vue, Python, SQL, etc.
Experienced in leading and guiding technical teams, including code reviews and mentoring.
Knowledge of AI tools or automation technologies is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
