Role Description

Manage and monitor material movement from receiving to production and shipment.
Ensure accuracy in stock records, material balance, and daily usage reports.
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain accurate documentation in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Support periodic stock-taking and audit activities.
Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO principles in material handling.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing).
Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data recording.
Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
